This in depth Yoga & Wellness workshop is here to kick-start your journey towards inner balance. We will begin with a 45min Vinyasa yoga practice focused on the mind-body-spirit connection followed by breakfast in the Members Lounge.

I will share my journey on how I went from burnt out London fashion exec to a healthy life as a traveling Yoga Teacher & Wellness Coach. We will explore how daily wellness practices can support a balanced life, alleviate stress and boost energy.
