We invite you to join us at Riverdell for a half day winter retreat. Warm and nourish your mind, body, and soul by going “with-yin”.
During Winter the energy of the Earth & its creatures is drawn inward. We too can use this time for introspection & restoration, for slowing down & rejuvenating.
Our beautiful half day retreat includes:
Take a break from life’s busyness and nourish yourself. Together we give ourselves the gift of deep rest and self-care whilst nestled amongst the gums and birdlife. You’ll walk away lighter in spirit, feeling more relaxed and nourished.
Yin Yoga is a suitable practice for everyone that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is a slow-paced style of yoga, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
Surrender into deep relaxation as holographic sounds dance within your body guiding you toward freedom, peace, and wellbeing. Reconnect, be nurtured, and feel your inner being regenerate with healing frequencies that open your heart and awaken new possibilities.
What to bring:
Please bring along your yoga mat (we can provide if you don’t have one), wear loose comfortable clothing (layers are best), a warm blanket and a spill-proof water bottle.
Let’s make this Winter an opportunity to dive more deeply into our practice, exploring the inner realms, making peace with ourselves & our bodies, letting go of long-buried, negative, self-defeating emotions and behaviours & clearing the slate so that we may live more fully with an abundance of health, happiness & well-being.
