Reconnect to your Divine Nature by experiencing the Wisdom of Yoga through the practice of Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Mantras and Meditation.

In this Class, you will learn and practice:

  • Asanas (yoga poses)
  • Pranayama (Conscious Breathing Techniques)
  • Kriyas (Specialized movement and breath together)
  • Mantras (Sacred Sanskrit language for healing, joy and abundance)
  • Meditation (spiritual practice on awareness that leads one to a state of peace, gratefulness, joy, love)

This practice is the experience of both movement and stillness.

When practiced Himalayan Sattva Yoga on a regular basis, you will experience benefits in all aspects on your life (overcoming anxiety, depression, fears, as well as experiencing peace, love, gratitude, happiness and more).

Weekly Classes on Monday & Thursday at 6pm

$15 per class or monthly for $100
