This one-day meditation retreat includes tools to help you relax in your every day life.
Relax and unwind as you’re guided into a beautifully blissful state using a combination of Mindfulness as taught by the Gawler Foundation as well as ancient yogic meditation. All meditations are guided.

9am Opening circle – a brief introduction to welcome each participant
9.15am Morning Mindfulness class – guided meditation to help you relax deeply
9.45am The Benefits of Mindfulness – a short discussion
10.15am Delicious Morning Tea
10.45am Journalling session – why journalling is so beneficial and the best way to do it
12pm Lunch at Kondalilla Restaurant. Enjoy a 5-star dining experience with vegetarian and seafood options.
1.30pm Forest Meditation. After lunch we’ll walk down to Kondalilla Falls in silence. Shinrin Yoku (Forest bathing) has been proven to incite Natural Killer cells (NK cells) which target cancer.
2.30pm Deep Healing Meditation. After spending time in nature we wind down even more with 1 hour of blissful guided meditation to awaken your body’s natural healing ability and unlock more light from your DNA. You’ll simply lie down on a comfortable yoga mat, covered by a warm blanket while Hannah guides you using breath and light into an incredibly peaceful healing state. The meditation closes with an ancient healing prayer being sung over each participant.
3.30pm Refreshing afternoon tea to make sure we’re fully grounded and back in our bodies after the meditation.
