This 8-week introduction is based on the Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM) course as taught by The Gawler Foundation. It is a very practical course and includes multiple guided meditation sessions each week. By the end of 8 weeks you will have enough practical experience to use Mindfulness in your everyday life.
When: Tuesdays @ 6pm-7pm
Where: Kinected Pilates, 18/247 David Low Way, Peregian Beach (there is plenty of free parking nearby)
Provided: Course manual, meditation cushions + mats, 2 x recorded meditations.
