Known as the “Yoga of Awareness,” Kundalini Yoga is a powerful dynamic practice designed to bring the mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance and restoration. This particular class will focus on conscious breathing with the Salt Therapy and gentle repetitive movement to strengthen the immune system.
All are welcome, no experience needed, just come with an open mind. Please wear comfortable clothes. Socks are required!
