Take a break with a dynamic Kundalini Yoga class and recalibrate your nervous system. Through a recipe of mantras, asanas, mudras, pranayama, bandhas, and deep relaxation with a sacred gong, the class invites you to explore your inner world and harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.

(Expect repetitive body movements with emphasis on breath awareness.)

All levels are welcome, no experience neccessary. Meet yourself where you are at and move any stagnant energy, so we can continue to ground in love and joy. Each class is suitable for beginners and there are many modifications. You can even practice sitting on a chair or edge of your bed.
