People lead such busy and complex lives, we all need to have down time and meditation is the perfect solution for many of life’s difficulties. Meditation reduces symptoms of stress, helps manage anxiety, improves mental focus, promotes inner peace, happiness and greatly improves one’s quality of life. Meditation is what we all need, we just don’t know it until we try it.
We invite you to join us for an evening of fully guided deep peace meditation to relax the body and mind. Incorporating breath work and mindfulness interwoven with wonderful sacred chanting meditation. Leave with a peaceful, focused mind and improved sense of wellbeing. No previous experience required. You don’t need to bring anything. Wear comfortable clothing. You can sit on a chair or cushion.
Last Tuesday of the month: Deep Peace Meditation Relaxation
In this 1 hour session all you have to do is to lie down, close your eyes and we’ll do the rest, guiding you through a variety of breathing, mindfulness, relaxation and meditation techniques that will transport your to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
For this session please bring a yoga mat, cushion, towel, light blanket and eye pillow (if you have one).
6.45-8.00 pm Tuesdays.
