Meditation and depression is my third event. This event will be touching on the subject of depression and how meditation can help with it. There will be information on depression, the triggers of it, what it does to our bodies and mind, and ways get get over it through meditation. I have suffered with depression for a long time and am now free from it with the practice of meditation. Depression is a very serious problem we all can suffer from. I want to show that a practice like meditation can help us see a way out of the darkness of depression. The evening will conclude with a guided meditation.
