Rediscover the treasures of the forest as you practice different exercises that will awaken your senses as you saunter among the trees.

We are happy to announce that Andrea Z-Covey, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and The Growing Peace Project, will be offering monthly Mindful Outdoor Experiences. We will be offering this event on the 4th Sunday of each month throughout the year. Re-awaken all of your senses and connect with the healing elements this beautiful forested land in Topsham holds. Spend time mindfully walking among the trees, plants, stones and other beings who share this land. Andrea will offer a variety of nature based, mindfulness exercises that will inspire curiosity, lower stress, strengthen your immune system and more.

Space is limited to provide social distance safety. Masks are encouraged when we are closer to each other. If you don’t have a mask, there will be some available.

We will be walking in the woods and through some fields so proper footwear and protective clothing is encouraged. The terrain is gentle yet you should be able to walk on uneven ground. We won’t be walking far or fast yet we will be exploring for 2-3 hours. All natural tick and insect repellent will be available. You may wish to bring sunscreen, a blanket or ground pad for sitting on, rain gear and a water bottle. I guide in all weather, except if there is lightening.
