You will learn how to calm anxiety, alleviate depression and get better sleep.

Lying down comfortably and fully supported you will be invited to move awareness into your body and begin the practice of reconnecting.

Adapted from Yoga Nidra which is thousands of years old, this practice is now being used effectively to heal trauma and is a very safe and gentle way to heal.
