A day to have a break from responsibilities and worries, to experience relaxation, and learn manageable Self Care strategies.

Are you always busy busy busy? Do you crave some time not being responsible for everyone and everything? Tired of that ‘To Do’ list that never seems to get any shorter?

Well you are not alone, and there is something you can do about it.

Taking just one day out for to prioritise yourself, nourish your Body, Mind and Spirit and reflect on what’s really important to you can help you experience a slowing down and see ways out of the treadmill.

Facilitator Mandy Price is a trained Counsellor and Wellness coach and she uses the tools of silence, nature, movement, music and story-telling to create this retreat day. These activities are weaved throughout the day, allowing you to connect with yourself on a deep physical, mental and emotional level. Spending time focusing on your own needs, being nurtured and nourished is incredibly restorative. It is surprising how quickly the body and mind can become lighter when given the space and attention to do so.

The day comprises of 4 sessions focusing on

Physical relaxation via Yoga stretches, Visualisation and Mindfulness,

Discussion of Rushing woman’s syndrome and health effects

Quiet reflective time in a beautiful natural setting

Guided meditation to connect with your intuition,

Activities to explore our creativity, and connection with others

Delicious nutritious food for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

Bring a yoga mat if you have one otherwise it will be provided.
