Currrently we are working through a healing series with the mantra Aham Aarogyam Bhavami – I am a healer, I am a self-healer, I am able to heal myself on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Each week we are working on different areas of the body. So far we have worked on the hips, hamstrings, spine, digestion and psoas muscle. Keep in touch with weekly updates on what our next class will be for! All classes beneficial to everyone. Modifications given when needed. Please tell me at the start of class if you have any current/ongoing issues in the body.
