Yin Yoga offers you the time to slow down, to soothe your mind and to gently allow your body to open, slowly!
Each floor-based pose will be held for a few minutes which will enable (along with muscle relaxation) a deeper stretch of your body’s different tissues.
Imagine each pose as a mindful meditation moment where you will be guided to observe your breathing, your emotions and your thoughts whilst relaxing into the poses which can sometimes be quite intense!
You will enjoy a long relaxation at the end of the class, gentle music and soft lighting.

This class is open to all levels. It is important to listen to your body, and don’t hesitate to ask for modifications!
There are changing rooms and mats available for you to use.
If you cancel up to 3 hours before the start of the class, your class credit will not be used. All late cancellations will be charged at the full price of the class.
If you have any physical limitations or injuries, please let your teacher know. Please consult a doctor before starting any new physical activity if you have any on-going physical complaints.
