Blessings Reiki

Hello, my name is Bridget Hooper I have been attuned to Reiki since 1999.  I received my first Reiki treatment in 1998 and fell in love with Reiki immediately. I knew then that I wanted Reiki to be part of my life, and within a couple of months I found my teacher Pat Woodward in Cheltenham. Pat attuned me to Level I, and then 3 months later to Level II. I  was taught the western style of Reiki, Usui Shiki Ryoho as taught by Mrs Hawayo Takata. In February 2017 I feel blessed to have found Jo Fellows to complete my Level III Shinpiden training, who taught me the Traditional Japanese  Usui Reiki Ryoho. In November 2017 I was lucky enough to  spend a Reiki “playday” with  the legendary Frans Steine. I always knew that I wanted to teach Reiki, and believe that its a gift from the Universe that is available to everyone. We are all responsible for our own health and wellbeing and Reiki allows you to take control of that. Reiki is one of the best things in my life and I can’t wait to share my passion for it with you.
