Locally, Kinburn provides Reiki treatments, Atlantic, Atlantic Crystal Healing, Mindfulness Meditation classes and group meditation sessions. Please enquire for more information. Residential retreats are also available, based in our luxury four star guest house. There is a whole range of courses on offer throughout the year. The schedule includes all levels of Usui and Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki – up to Master Teacher level, as well as intensive Zen Mindfulness Meditation courses for both Health and Wellbeing, and for Insight.
