My name is Elaine Elliott and I provide a holistic approach that looks at the person not the condition and use a range of treatments to address your issues depending on your individual needs. I help people who suffer with common physical and emotional symptoms such as fatigue, pain, stress and anxiety.
I am a qualified FHT accredited Practitioner, (M.E., Chronic Fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia recovery) an ILM accredited Wellbeing Coach an AAMET accredited EFT Practitioner and a Reiki Practitioner. I offer individually tailored packages of care; recovery and preventative. I also offer stand alone appointments for Wellbeing Coaching which is goal orientated personal or professional development, Reiki treatments which are for the purpose of pain management, stress reduction and relaxation and also EFT which are Emotional Freedom Techniques which can reduce and eliminate physical and emotional issues.
With an individually tailored plan which is a fully holistic multi-disciplinary approach, I support my clients through their physical symptoms and challenges that present. Recovery is a personal journey that people with different health experiences take to rebuild, rediscover their strengths and live meaningful, satisfying lives. I support and motivate people facing health challenges develop their own definition of recovery. Chronic exhaustive conditions, are all symptoms, not a diagnosis, therefore identifying symptoms and the underlying causes are key to supporting wellbeing and recovery.
I have a comprehensive understanding of the triggers, phases and progression of these complicated chronic exhaustive disorders, having experienced the utter debilitation myself, which led me to achieve my qualifications as described above. I am fully recovered after using the programme and my aim is to help others regain and maintain their health.
Following an assessment of your symptoms and history I will be able support your phases of recovery and tailor a holistic, long-term wellbeing plan to interrupt the domino effect of symptoms and address the key elements required for recovery. Using symptoms impact questionnaires I can measure your progress.
