Purbeck Reiki

My name is Allyson Williamson and I have been benefiting  from Reiki since 2004, initially receiving it myself and completing my First Degree training whilst working in a relatively stressful IT Project Management role!

Some years later, whilst undertaking a gradual career change to become a Complementary Therapist, an area in which I had held a long term and on-going interest, I completed my Second Degree training and was then able to introduce my clients to Reiki Treatments, with very visible benefits.

My Usui Master Teacher Training was completed in 2008 and since then I have been drawn to learn more about the history and development of Reiki.

I am also interested in the physical/emotional link between physical symptoms and their possible emotional origin. Emotional distress, shock and trauma can have a deep and long lasting effect on the physical health of a person. Symptoms may appear many years after the event itself, which may be forgotten or not acknowledged by the individual themselves.

I love teaching Reiki to Students and seeing the changes this brings to their lives and those of the people around them.
