For everyone who is experiencing pain in their everyday life and cannot remember their childhood – please know you Don’t need to Consciously Remember anything in order to HEAL and feel better.

Most of us with a complex childhood trauma don’t actually consciously remember much from our childhood.

Actually all people have memories from their childhoods that they have completely forgotten about.

That can be forgetting the name of the cartoon you have watched as a child.

Or you have forgotten the colour of the wallpaper in your childhood bedroom.

Maybe you have forgotten the sound of the music opening of your mum’s favourite soup opera? ?

These memories can be evoked and come back to you suddenly.

You can for example hear the song, taste a food, smell a perfume, see the image of a place, or have a ‘deja vu’ feeling – which can instantly bring ‘forgotten’ childhood memories back.

( Obviously not all of the memories from the past need to be bad. )

Memories from the childhood can also be ‘tracked down’ in a regression therapy and trauma healing therapy.

It is important to understand that memory isn’t contained inside the brain – what brain does with the memory is merely processing and storing it – our emotional and physical body stores and remembers – Everything.

And in order for us to ‘remember’, heal and feel better, first and most important step is to practice being present with our CURRENT PAIN, see it, hear it and FEEL it instead of running away from it, denying it is there, trying to change  or ‘fix’ it.

Our pain needs a safe place where we can acknowledge, accept and validate it, where we can be with it, feel it and release it – in order for us to get to the root cause of the trauma from our childhood.

Conquer your mountain!
