Hello everyone, I am Dori. I have always been enthusiastic about mine and other’s personal growth and healing and have always found myself in supporting and advising those around me. My Yoga Journey has started in India, where I have deepened my yoga practice and dived into my own healing and spirituality. Along my path I have received teachings from tutors worldwide and those opportunities blessed me with the gift of: Healthy Mind-Body-Spirit. I have found myself that the more I learn, the more I wish to share that knowledge with others, so they can benefit from it too. I am a lifelong learner, living my Yoga on and off the mat. My purpose in life is to spread love, light and positivity. I held English speaking yogic style classes, where we focus on breath work, safety and correct alignment. I aim to motivate students on their Yoga Journey, encourage them to find their own peace and freedom and honour their individuality. The unanimous opinion of my students is that when they come to my classes, “It feels like Home” 🙂 . I am the creator of “Being Beautiful Through Energy & Love”, which is an online course about the spiritual, emotional, and physiological aspects of healing and improving the skin.

We are experienced professionals working in the caring professions

As already long established professionals in our own fields, we want to assure you that this practice is underpinned by professional training – we have all completed between 4 – 8 years’ training, in our core profession, together with significant training spanning months of study and practise in our secondary fields of expertise – and ongoing continuing professional development. Together, we have been in professional practice for over 50 years. We therefore bring many years and enormous experience to our work with you.I started this blog in 2013 to post photographs and thoughts on life. I have an interest in writing for well-being and was curious about putting pen to paper in the name of remediation. I have developed a love of poetry, and have a passion for botanical words and pictures. I have a desire to improve my photography, and will continue to post in the Blog section and learn more about this art as I go . My work life background is in Nursing. I started my Nurse training in 1992 in Leeds at St James’s Hospital. I have since worked in a variety of settings, hospital and community until 2016. As I worked as a Registered BSc (Hons) Nurse for over 20 years I have medical and nursing experience in chronic conditions, medical nursing care and day care services. My passion has always been in holistic care. In my training we looked at whole system models of care and this philosophy resonated with me deeply. I embarked on a journey into energy healing in 2015, I always had a connection to crystal healing and from a young age valued carrying a crystal in my pocket. I found a great teacher, Jane Alexander in Ulverston and started my practice into energy healing. I have now completed a Crystal Practitioner course, Reiki Master Practitioner training and I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation. I have also completed courses in Meditation, Crystal-Reiki and Angelic Healing Practitioner training. I continue to develop my intuitive practice as I go forward in life and continue to pursue practical training.  I will update this page as I progress into 2018.
